m.a.c. Pilates prides itself on creating an age-appropriate curriculum for children, tweens, and teens, ages 4-16! In these classes your child is taught safe ways of moving that are functional for their development. Breathing techniques and mindfulness are part of the journey and your child will leave feeling stronger, more confident and with a positive relationship to their growing body. m.a.c. Pilates for Tweens™ is a great in between class for those tween years! Learn mat pilates through games and start getting acquainted to the equipment! A great way to prepare for the Teens class!

m.a.c. Pilates for Teens
m.a.c. Pilates for Teens™ is a fun way to motivate teens to exercise efficiently and teach them about their bodies. Emphasis is on age-appropriate strength training and mobilization while in a supportive and non-intimidating environment. Pilates apparatus is used and Teens are taught how to safely move and progress through the exercises using equipment.

Private Sessions Available
m.a.c. Pilates also provides private sessions to children with special needs or considerations, including scoliosis, ADHD and kids on the spectrum. Children benefit from the integration of core strength to help rehabilitate from injuries, help with focus, and control their bodies.
